Our latest project was an exterior residential house painting project. The property was a large West Seattle home featuring unique architectural elements which reflect the taste of the homeowners – our clients hand-built their house about twenty years ago.
Our client in West Seattle called us after an incident where the detached garage in the back of their house burnt down. After re-building the garage, our clients needed to paint the newly built structure, as well as re-paint the house to freshen the look.
A full coat of primer was also necessary to seal smoke stains that appeared on the home after the garage fire.
Our clients wanted to have the best possible, longest lasting paint job using top-of-the-line paint products, and we were happy to oblige!
After fully prepping the painting surface, we sprayed one coat of oil-based primer to the entire exterior of the house and garage. Next, we sprayed two coats of Benjamin Moore Aura, a premium exterior paint product known for its durability and richness.
Update 09/02/2014: Our clients were kind enough to post a Yelp review about this painting project. Here’s what they had to say:
Unmatched quality, professionalism, and customer service! The crew was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but showed up ON TIME every single morning! We are completely satisfied!
We had to rebuild a detached garage after a devastating fire and when it came time to paint, we decided to paint the main house as well. Jeff addressed all of our concerns and gave us a fair and comprehensive estimate. We chose Sound Painting because we felt we could trust them, but would recommend them to others because they delivered on every promise!
