Exterior Painting Project in Seattle

In Exterior Painting, Recent Work by Matthew2 Comments

Sound Painting Solutions recently finished painting the exterior of a home in the Seattle residential neighborhood of Laurelhurst. This house, which is three stories and 3,100 sq. ft, was a larger one we've painted this year. The owner wanted to update the look of her home with a new paint job.

Our paint crew performed detailed prep work on this house to prepare the surface for new layers of paint. One of the first steps was to pressure wash the full exterior of the home to eliminate mold and mildew to ensure the surface was clean before painting. Any peeling paint was scraped off with Peel Bond applied. Those areas were patched and primed to prepare for the new coats of paint. In addition, our painters caulked and filled any existing holes and seams on the house. After this preparation was completed, our crew began applying the paint to the property.

Our client chose multiple colors to complete the project. The body and siding color is called Mindful Gray by Sherwin Williams. The color used for the brick and trim is called White Dove by Benjamin Moore. Click the blue highlighted text to learn more about the colors!
