Bellevue Commercial Painting Job

In Exterior Painting, Recent Work by Matthew1 Comment

Sound Painting Solutions recently completed a commercial painting project in Bellevue, Washington. The building, constructed in 1986, is a three-story office that is 14,600 square feet. The owner was looking to refresh the complex with a more modern look for his clients. Below are some photos of the building before painting.

There were several elements to this project. We needed to begin by preparing the exterior of the building. First, our painters pressure washed the full exterior of the structure while scrubbing with a cleaning solution. Peeling paint was scraped off and lightly sanded as needed. Latex caulk was applied to any cracks, gaps, and nail holes to lock out moisture. Once completed, our painters began painting the brown areas of the building. For the tiles, we rolled Stix primer on the surface and applied paint once thoroughly primed. Some photos of the painting process are below.

Victor, our crew lead for this project, used the lift to paint the top parts of the building. Safety is a top priority for our company, and we always ensure the painters are properly harnessed when using the lift. In addition to painting the main structure, our crew painted seven light posts in the lot, along with the walls in the parking garage on the bottom floor. The three colors used for the completion of this project are below.

It took eight working days to finish painting this commercial building. Below are some photos of the finished building along with a video showcasing the project.
